Jefy Jean A is a highly motivated Masters student of Fuel Engineering at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad. With a NEBOSH certification under her belt, Jefy is currently working as a Project member at VSSC - Indian Space Research Organization, where she is involved in the modification of gasket material used in space capsules and testing the materials with ANSYS simulation software for her final year project. Prior to this, Jefy gained valuable industry experience as an Internship Trainee at Hindustan Petroleum Green Research and Development Centre, where she worked in the pilot plant producing bioethanol. She analyzed the entire PFD, PID, and the operation of SCADA software, operated Parr reactor, Boiler, Reverse osmosis, Centrifuging equipments, HPLC, Gas Chromatography, and performed Hydrocarbons Analysis. Jefy also worked as an Intern at The Kerala Minerals & Metals Limited. Jefy's academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from TKM College of Engineering, Kollam, and she is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Fuel Engineering from IIT Dhanbad. She completed her schooling from Arya Central School. Jefy's technical expertise includes proficiency in ANSYS simulation software and she has experience in Enzyme assays and Gel Electrophoresis. She has a relevant experience of 2.86 years. Jefy is a self-driven individual with a passion for research and development in the field of Fuel Engineering. She is a quick learner and a team player with excellent communication skills.
